Medical & Rx
Coverage comes through the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program. It is open to every eligible employee regardless of health status, with no pre-existing condition limitations and no waiting periods, and prescription drug coverage is included. You choose from at least 12 plans on average. Visit the Medical tab to learn more.
Dental & Vision
Dental and vision coverage is offered through MetLife. You do not need to be enrolled in the medical plan to be eligible. Newly eligible employees enroll within their eligibility period using the Chugach enrollment form. Visit the Dental and Vision tab to learn more.
Life & Disability
Life and disability insurance is offered through Lincoln Financial. Your package may include Group and Voluntary Short-Term and Long-Term Disability and Group and Voluntary Life/AD&D coverage. Please see your HR representative for plan details and summaries.
