2022 Open Enrollment

WELCOME

This is your annual opportunity to enroll in coverage or make changes to your current elections. The Open Enrollment period begins November 8 and ends December 13, 2021.

Changes made during Open Enrollment are effective January 1, 2022.

    During Open Enrollment you can:

  • Enroll in medical, dental/vision, and/or life and disability plans
  • Change or cancel your existing coverage for medical, dental/vision, and/or life and disability
  • Add or delete dependents

Note: If you are enrolling a new dependent, you will need to submit dependent verification in the form of a birth certificate, adoption certificate, or marriage certificate. This documentation must be submitted to Human Resources via email with your enrollment form no later than December 31, 2021.

Please make sure to review both your current elections and the 2022 offerings. No action is necessary if you do not want to make any changes to your current medical, dental/vision, and/or life and disability plans.

All elections will remain in place through 2022 unless you experience a qualifying life event. These events include:

  • Marriage or divorce
  • Birth of a child
  • Death
  • Job status change

Medical Insurance

If you wish to enroll in FEHB health coverage, change your medical plan carriers, or add/delete dependents, you must complete both a Form 2809 and a 2022 Employee Health Enrollment form and submit to Human Resources via email no later than December 13, 2021.
